These Terms govern your use of the Store and purchases made through it.

2. Digital products we sell

The Store sells digital workshop, service, repair, owner, and technical manuals for vehicles, engines, machinery, and related equipment. All products are supplied digitally. No printed book, CD, USB device, parcel, or other physical item is shipped.

3. Independent retailer and manufacturer non-affiliation

Your Manual Expert is an independent retailer. We are not a vehicle or equipment manufacturer, dealership, authorized repair facility, or official manufacturer website. Manufacturer references identify product coverage and do not imply manufacturer sponsorship or endorsement of the Store. Licensing of manual content does not itself imply such endorsement.

Manufacturer names, model names, logos, trademarks, and other brand references are used descriptively to identify the vehicles or equipment to which a listing relates. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Orders, pricing, taxes, and payment

The price and currency shown at checkout apply to your order. Any applicable taxes or other charges collected through checkout are shown before you submit the order. We do not add undisclosed subscription charges, recurring fees, physical shipping fees, or restocking fees to digital-manual orders.

5. Digital delivery

After payment is confirmed, we manually send the purchased digital product or its download link by email to the address used at checkout. Digital delivery is free and completed within 24 hours of confirmed payment, seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery details, troubleshooting steps, and format information are described in our Digital Delivery Policy and the individual product listing.

6. Permitted use

Your purchase provides access to the digital copy supplied with your order for your own lawful personal reference or internal repair and maintenance use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, upload, republish, share a download link, or commercially exploit the purchased file except where applicable law expressly permits such use.

7. Product accuracy and compatibility

Vehicle and equipment specifications can vary by market, model year, engine, trim, production date, serial range, and installed equipment. Customers should review the listing before purchase and contact us before ordering if compatibility is uncertain.

8. Manual age and safety

Technical documentation may not include later recalls, revised procedures, technical service bulletins, or subsequent manufacturer updates. Repairs can involve serious risk. Use appropriate tools, protective equipment, skills, current safety information, and professional assistance where required.

9. Intellectual property concerns

Rights holders who believe material available through the Store infringes their rights should follow our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

10. Refunds and complaints

Refund eligibility and the process for reporting delivery, file, duplicate-order, or description problems are set out in our Refund Policy. Complaints can be sent to support@yourmanualexpert.com.

11. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence.
