Digital Delivery Policy

Every product sold on yourmanualexpert.shop is delivered electronically. We do not print, package, mail, or ship physical manuals, books, discs, tools, parts, or other physical products.

1. Digital delivery only

No shipping carrier, tracking number, postage charge, customs declaration, or physical transit period applies to an order. A billing address may still be requested during checkout for payment verification or tax purposes; this does not mean a physical item will be shipped.

2. How delivery works

After payment is confirmed, we manually send the purchased digital product or its download link by email to the address used at checkout. Digital delivery is free and completed within 24 hours of confirmed payment, seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders may be placed at any time. The 24-hour delivery period includes weekends and runs from confirmed payment. Customer-support response hours are listed separately on our Contact page.

3. If your download does not arrive

If you have not received the delivery email within 24 hours of confirmed payment, check the email address used at checkout and your spam and junk folders. If access is still missing, contact support@yourmanualexpert.com with your order number.

4. File formats and compatibility

Format varies by product and is described on the individual product page. Products may be supplied as PDF files, ZIP archives containing PDF or other files, browser-based archives, offline applications, or another stated digital format. Products requiring Windows or another specific environment should not be assumed to work on every phone, tablet, macOS device, or operating system unless the listing says so.

5. Download and file problems

If a link repeatedly fails, a delivered file is incomplete, a fully downloaded archive cannot be extracted, or the delivered content does not correspond to the product purchased, contact us. We will review the problem and, where appropriate, resend access, provide a replacement, or apply the remedies described in our Refund Policy.

6. Saving your files

After downloading a product, we recommend saving a local backup in a secure location under your control. Do not publicly share download links or purchased files.
