Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution

Last updated: October 1, 2026

We prefer to resolve genuine order or product problems directly and efficiently. This page explains our complaint and dispute-review process.

1. Contact us first

Email support@yourmanualexpert.com with your order number, purchase email address, and a clear description of the issue. If the issue concerns compatibility or a file problem, include relevant vehicle or equipment details and any useful screenshot or error message.

2. Acknowledgement and review

We normally acknowledge messages within 1 business day. We will review the order, product description, available delivery information, and any evidence you provide.

3. Possible resolutions

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a resolution may include restoring download access, providing a working or corrected file, clarifying compatibility, correcting inaccurate listing information, providing another appropriate remedy, or issuing an eligible full or partial refund under our Refund Policy.

4. Review time

We aim to resolve routine matters within 5-10 business days. Where Polish consumer law applies, we respond to a consumer complaint within 14 calendar days of receiving it and provide our response by email or another durable medium, unless a different mandatory deadline applies. Requesting further information does not restart or extend that statutory response deadline. A technical remedy may require a reasonable additional period permitted by applicable law; we will explain the proposed remedy and timing. Any mandatory legal deadline takes priority over our estimated review times.

5. If you disagree with our response

You may reply to the original support conversation and explain why you disagree. We will review any new information provided.

6. Payment-provider disputes

You retain any right available to you to contact your bank, card issuer, payment provider, regulator, consumer-protection authority, alternative dispute-resolution body, tribunal, or court. Contacting us first does not waive or reduce those rights.

7. EU/EEA consumers

Consumers in the EU/EEA may have access to national consumer-protection authorities and approved alternative dispute-resolution bodies depending on the nature of the dispute and country of residence. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer remedies.

8. Governing law

Our contractual relationship is governed by Polish law, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence.
