Download Access & File Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Digital access
Products sold by Your Manual Expert are delivered electronically. After payment is confirmed, we manually send the purchased digital product or its download link by email to the address used at checkout. Digital delivery is free and completed within 24 hours of confirmed payment, seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
2. Download links
Download links and order-access tools can be subject to security, technical, platform, or access limits. We recommend downloading your purchased file promptly and keeping a secure local backup for your own permitted use.
3. Lost or expired access
If a previously supplied link no longer works or you lose access, contact support@yourmanualexpert.com with your order number and purchase email address. We will verify the order and make a reasonable effort to restore access or provide a replacement link where the product remains available and we are entitled to supply it.
4. File formats
The individual listing controls the format and compatibility represented for a product. Depending on the listing, files may be PDF, ZIP archives, browser-based archives, offline applications, or another stated format. ZIP archives must be extracted before enclosed files can be used. Products requiring Windows or another specific environment should not be assumed to work on all devices.
5. File storage and backups
Customers are responsible for keeping a reasonable personal backup after successful download. A recommendation to keep a backup does not remove any statutory remedy available for defective or non-conforming digital content.
6. Sharing and redistribution
Download links and purchased files are for the purchaser's permitted use under our Terms of Service. Do not publicly share, resell, redistribute, or upload the files or download links.
7. Technical assistance
If a file will not open, first verify that the download completed, sufficient storage is available, and compatible current software is being used. For ZIP archives, extract the archive before trying to open the enclosed files. If the issue continues, contact support with the error message and device information.
