Are your manuals physical books?

No. All products sold by Your Manual Expert are digital. No printed book, CD, USB drive, parcel, or other physical item is shipped.

How do I receive my order?

After payment is confirmed, we manually send the purchased digital product or its download link by email to the address used at checkout. Digital delivery is free and completed within 24 hours of confirmed payment, seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

What file format will I receive?

Check the individual product page. Depending on the product, the format may be PDF, ZIP, a browser-based archive, offline software, or another stated format.

Will the manual work on my phone or Mac?

Compatibility depends on the product format. PDF manuals usually work on devices with a current PDF reader. Products that require Windows, extraction software, or another specific environment should only be purchased for compatible devices.

How do I know whether a manual covers my exact vehicle?

Compare the listing with your make, model, model year, engine, trim, market, production date, or serial information where relevant. If you are unsure, contact support before ordering.

I did not receive my download. What should I do?

Check your spam and junk folders and confirm the email address used at checkout. If the delivery email is still missing 24 hours after confirmed payment, email support@yourmanualexpert.com with your order number.

Can I get a refund?

If you have not downloaded the content, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Our separate 30-day commercial guarantee covers eligible delivery, corrupted-file, duplicate-order, and material-description problems. Downloaded products that match their description are generally not refundable solely for a change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy for the conditions; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Are you affiliated with vehicle manufacturers?

No, unless a particular listing expressly and accurately states otherwise. Your Manual Expert is an independent retailer. Manufacturer names and model names are used to identify the vehicle or equipment to which a manual relates.

Can I share or resell the file?

No, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Purchased files and download links may not be publicly shared, resold, redistributed, or uploaded to third-party platforms.
